I am expanding the purpose of this page. I am still allowing anyone to advertise their stud service-but I am also helping fellow friends/friends sell their puppies. Here is a safe and free place for you to advertise your Great Dane for stud service or to look for a stud for your Female. I am trying to provide a source for Great Dane Breeders to go- to find stud services- with the hopes you are doing this with good intentions and with much research behind your decision. You must have a plan. Here are some pointers to help you on your way:A stud dog should be a year or more of age before breeding and a bitch not less than 18 months.A written Stud Contract should be used which specifies all conditions of the breeding. Here are some sample contracts.Breed Great Danes which are temperamentally and structurally sound.Be familiar with the Breed Standard Sell or place each Great Dane with the contemplated final owner, therefore the seller should know that the prospective buyer has the knowledge and facilities to properly care for a growing or grown dog.
