Dear Tara: My family and I cannot thank you enough for our beautiful twin Dane puppies. They are truly the smartest, cutest and most enjoyable puppies we have ever laid our Dane experienced eyes on.
We have owned many great Danes; with the addition of the twins, this makes 5. We have dealt with various breeders, but I can say from experience that we have never had a breeder put so much love, effort and knowledge into a adoption process.
First and foremost, your web site is fabulous, it is user friendly, informative and enjoyable. Being so far away from you (Massachusetts), it was difficult to adopt without meeting our puppies, but you made it possible for us to be connected each day and every step of the way. We would wait daily for all the pictures, videos and little Dane innuendos. I can honestly say you get to know each and every puppy and your description of not only their appearance but personality is perfect. I would hope a human adoption agency would put such loving car into this process. We waited with anticipation for the day that they flew home and you kept us calm and informed the entire day of the flight. You are so meticulous and caring; a hard combination to find in a breeder.
We could feel that you truly loved each and every one of the Dane puppies the instant they arrived. The fact that you always answered any question and made yourself available at all times, is not only comforting but going above and beyond. We got to keep connected with our "twins" from the instant they were born with all your feedback, pictures and video. You provided hours of entertainment for the entire family. Our family members began to log into your site just to view the entire process and they too shared our delighted anticipation of their arrival.
As you know, we were only going to adopt "Louie" but after viewing all the pictures and all the communications with you, we decided we wanted another baby from you, "Miss Vivien"; thus, the "twins".
We just cannot say enough wonderful things about our Dane babies, Bella Blue Danes and you. We were especially impressed with your interview, screening process and contract. This illustrated to us that you are not just an intelligent person but you care and love all the Danes.
Anyone who is thinking of adopting a great dane puppy would be lucky to have one of yours and we feel honored.

She is very smart, calm, loving, and spunky too. My husband and I have owned other dogs in the past and she is by far the best pet we have ever owned. We cant wait to get another puppy from Tara in the near future. Tara is the only breeder we will ever buy a dane from.

After the wait to finally bring home our new female puppy Saige it has been a wonderful experience and truely worth it. She is just wonderful and an amazing new addition to our family. It means so much to us that you were so helpful in answering all of our questions and allowing us to visit Saige before we were able to bring her home. It has truely been a wonderful experience getting to know you and your family. You are amazing at what you do & so devoted to the puppies health and making sure that they go to the right homes. Now that we have had the opportunity to work with you, we will only get future danes from you! Saige hasnt been at her new home 2 weeks and she is fitting in as if she has been here for months....she has adjusted so fast to her new family and is such a cuddle-bug. Everyone that has had the chance to meet Saige just loves her and cant believe how adorable and rare she is. She is growing so fast and we cant wait for the days to come! We will gladly refer anyone to you who is fit to care for your puppies. Thanks again for all you have done for us as we have welcomed our new baby Saige to our family! Our experience has been just great. Tara was very accommodating and let my daughter and I visit our little man several times. These visits were well spent, starting the incredible bond between dog and girl. Elois & Xerxes are best friends, brother & sister, partners in everything that is to be done. Xerxes presence has brought youth and vibrancy to our 11 year old Great Dane Jesse, this is awesome to see.
Xerxes is an exceptional dog in all ways. We love him like the little brother that he is.

Tara,
Ruger has been such a pleasure from the day we brought him home! Ive had dogs in the past that I loved so much and I never thought I could ever find a better dog until we welcomed Ruger into our home! I was a little skeptical about getting a puppy considering we have a little baby in the house. Alley was three months old when we brought Ruger home and now she is six months old and completely in love with Ruger. She wants to be right by his side every second of the day and Ruger wouldnt have it any other way. He is so great with her and sleeps by her crib at night! I cant ever imagine having anything other than a Blue Great Dane in our family!
I truly believe that Ruger is the smartest dog that I have ever seen in my life. Ive never met another person that can say their dog was house trained the day after bringing him home. You did such an amazing job raising these puppies and you were such a pleasure to work with. Receiving a puppy from you was the greatest experience I looked forward every week to see the new pictures you posted of our puppies on your webpage. Watching them grow is very special and I am so happy you let us share the experience with you. I will forever tell everyone that meets Ruger exactly where I got him and refer them to you and your website!

Hi Tara,
Diesel is four months now (2 months with us) and he fits into the family like he has always been here. I actually did the math to figure out how old he is three times because it seems like he has been with us much longer than that. Diesel has turned out to be my constant companion, only leaving my side when he decides its time to play with the kids (I try not to get jealous ). He is such a beautiful dog, with the coolest laid back personality I have ever seen, yet he is extremely loyal and intelligent. I cant begin to illustrate how happy I am that Diesel is part of our family!
Thank you for all of the time, effort, and love that you put into raising your puppies and how reasonable and accommodating you were throughout the entire process. With the issue of the distance that we had to travel to pick up Diesel, and the way in which you addressed all of our questions and concerns was uncommonly gracious and forthcoming. It is rare that I will recommend people to do business with because what ever happens during the deal will reflect on me as the refer. In regards to recommending you though, I am able to do so with a clear conscious which is very refreshing. It is a nice change of pace to deal with a person professionally who is honest, caring and passionate about what it is they do. I guarantee that if the time should arise to get another Dane you will be the first call I make.
