Policies and Guarantees
VERY IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ!!!
BellaBlueDanes is responsible for breeding more dogs into this world. So we believe that regardless of what happens in your life-WE are responsible for all the puppies, we take ANY puppy back that we have bred and WE will rehome them (if necessary).
There are very specific requests in our contracts that state that you will not be able to re-sell or give away your puppy. If you have to get rid of your puppy for ANY reason- the puppy will be returned to us! (no money refunded or charged). Please be serious when you accept one of our puppies into your home. This is a FOREVER decision.
We understand that life happens, so if something comes up and you can no longer have your puppy-THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO US, there are consequences and fines stated in our contracts, if puppy is sold or given away elsewhere. If we have to repossess one of our puppies from a place you have sold or given our puppy to (and we will), then buyer will be responsible for any monies or legal fees needed to get puppy returned back to us.
Lifetime Breeder Support and 1 year Genetic Health Guarantee
Since you have decided to open your heart and home to one of our puppies we feel it necessary to give you lifetime breeder support. We are available at anytime to answer questions, give our best advice, referrals and do any research you may need help with. You can also ask the help of our BellaBlueDanes Den- a forum we have created with the help of our families to ask, answer, and brag about your puppy.
CONTRACTS
Please contact us for a copy of our Full registration and Limited registration contracts. We will email them upon request. Anyone who purchases a BellaBlueDane puppy must sign our contract. These contracts are made with the best interest of the puppy in mind.
GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Covered in our guarantee are Congenital defects and/or hip dysplasia of our puppies up to 12 months of age, with a written licensed vet report confirming said puppy does have a genetic disorder/condition, we will then discuss this find with our vet and if agreed upon that puppy does/did have genetic defect then guarantee will apply...
Being that this is new to us and our danes...we are still testing out our guarantee, we want to make sure we are breeding the healthiest puppies...
Under no circumstances does the Breeder guarantee any preventable or accidental death, injury, illness or any problems that are NOT genetic. Here are only some Examples of what we do not guarantee:
Open fontanel or molera (soft spot), bone growth problems, hypoglycemia (low sugar), alpecia (thinning hair), putella luxation (loose joints), bloat, diarrhea, hernias, ear mites, cociddia or coccidiosis, acne, breeding ability-male or female, stress due to shipping or new home. Any health issues that can be cured by medication, ie. Worms, internal or external parasites including mange or fleas, ect. are not covered. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temperature and stress from shipping etc. They are vulnerable to viral infections including Parvo and Corona virus.
Any and all of the above mentioned Minor or Major problems need to be checked by a Veterinarian and advice for treatment should be followed.
